Description:
This training will provide an overview of the history and basic assumptions of the
Internal Family Systems (IFS) Model of psychotherapy. The three categories of “parts,” or sub personalities, of individuals that most often present in therapy and the goals of IFS therapy will be reviewed. An intervention for getting to know a protective part will be presented both didactically and via a live demonstration/role play.
