An Introduction to Internal Family Systems Therapy with Children

Lisa Spiegel, certified Internal Family Systems therapist and author of Internal Family Systems Therapy with Children, will offer a two-hour workshop on using the IFS model with children and adolescents. Topics to be covered include: using the IFS philosophy to understand your child client’s play, the IFS protocol, and introducing the model to parents and children. The workshop will use experiential exercises, direct teaching, and video to give therapists a solid grasp of incorporating IFS into their child therapy practice.
